One medium size butternut squash
Granny Smith green apple
Red Onion
Medium size potato
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of Persian allspice
Water – 4 cups
½ cup of yellow lentils
1 cube chicken broth
2 tablespoons of butter
Cooking directions:
- Chop butternut squash into cubes
- Chop potato into cubes
- Chop apple into cubes
- Chop onion into cubes
- heat the butter
- add vegetables
- add spice and salt
- add water and chick broth cube
- Let it boil until vegetables are soft (20min)
- Blend in the blender.
