1 table-spoon of fresh Ginger
1 cup chopped coriander

1 chicken broth cube
1/4 cup chopped scallions
1 1/2 cups of Basmati rice

Cooking directions:
- Rinse rice and strain
- Chop onion into small pieces
- Peal and pound garlic and ginger
- Heat olive oil in a pan
- Add onions and fold until golden
- Add rice
- Add 2 cups of water
- add chicken broth cube
